DIY Kitchen Helper

Now that Molly is standing, cruising around, and a little squirm worm, she doesn’t like to sit and play while I cook and get dinner ready in the kitchen. She wants to be in on the action. My mom had shown me a kitchen helper awhile ago, but we hadn’t got one yet so when I saw sweet Kim post an Instagram pic of her husband building one for their son, I started googling directions to make our own. I think they typically run $130+, but we were able to build our own for around $20. By doing it ourselves, we were also able to paint it a pretty peach color {from her old nursery} and personalize it for her:)

  1. How cute is this? Love the personalization – you’re making me want to add something to Henry’s.
