Monogrammed gift wrap

I’ve got a super simple DIY gift wrap for the holiday to share today. I wrote this post for the CSI Project last week but thought I would share it here as well. Last year I used brown craft paper, paint, lace doilies, and stencils to create personalized paper, but this year I wanted to go for something a little simpler. Once I saw this beautiful wrapping paper at Target, I knew I had to use it:) Here’s what you’ll need:
- cardstock {I used silver, but choose any color you like!}
- Diecut machine {or Silhouette, etc.} to cut letters
- wrapping paper
- tape or glue dots
Wrap your gifts first. Have your letters cut and ready to attach. Then, tape, use glue dots, or tie a ribbon around your gift and hole punch the corner of your letter and let is hang. I went the simple route and simple taped the letters on the center of my gifts and wrote on them. Much cuter than a gift tag, but still just as easy.
I may add bows or something else later, but I love the simplicty of these gifts. How do you like to embellish your gifts?

Wow! I think even I could tackle that (haha); very cute idea! And the wrapping paper is so cool!!
