This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of My Well-Being Powered by Humana for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

I was introduced to this great new website recently called My Well-Being and found it really fascinating. It’s a pretty simple concept {discussing ways to improve your overall health and wellness}, but is completely personalized for each person. You start by taking an assessment on yourself. Obviously you need to be honest with yourself to get the most out of the site:) The assessment only took me about 5 minutes to take and was super easy. First, you need to go to the website and register for free {you can also choose a FREE Dummies book if you would like}. Then you can take the self-assessment. It goes through 4 stages: money, health, people, play.
The assessment asks 4-5 questions on each topic to get an overall picture of your life. Once you have finished the assessment, it will give you an overview of your results, including what areas you could improve upon.
It shows what areas are highest and lowest and then personalizes the site to bring you tips, ideas, and motivators to improve those certain areas of your life. The thing I like about this site is that it is all about you. You don’t have to search the internet for ways to get healthy, improve your finances, etc. because it provides everything for you in one place and plays to your strengths and weaknesses.
This was a great reminder for me. Since getting back into the groove of a new school year, I am constantly juggling socializing, time-management, and exhaustion! It was good for me to hear from “someone” else what I should focus on and how to accomplish that. As I was taking this, I was thinking what a great way it to start each season/year/month. Re-take the assessment and see what you can work on and then set a goal or two to accomplish for that time frame. Something fun, different, and free!
What have you done lately to improve your overall health? Any great tips/ideas to share? Who is going to join with me?! See more here:
