TGIF! I hope you all have some fun plans for the long weekend. We’re planning on heading down to the cabin for a couple days then back up here for some cookouts and relaxation. It’s supposed to be insanely hot so let’s hope we all survive:) Today I have a special guest taking over. Happy hues make for a happy dining room. At least the spaces below seem to make it true. Filled with bursts of colors from across the spectrum, these beauties will put a smile on your face. If you have a hard time committing to color in your own home, try adding in little pops of color here and there for a similar effect. For ideas, take a look at some of my favorite cool colorful dining spaces.
You wouldn’t initially think all the range of colors used here would work together but they do. I especially like the way the designer pulled the pink and gold fabric from the banquette onto the side chairs.
Muted shades of pink, green and blue play nicely with an orange striped rug. The room’s white canvas makes the colors pop. A Morovian star light casts a warm glow on the table.
A modern dining space gets a boost of color from a dandelion-hued accent wall, modern art and pink chairs.
Pristine white table and chairs are set amongst panels of Asian-inspired dragon wallpaper and a hot pink accent wall. A beautiful dining space is kicked up a notch with a white hanging light fixture—glamorous chandelier perfection.
