Fallifizing the Living Room

Like my new made-up word? I was in the mood to add some fall to our living room the other night but didn’t want to go out and buy anything so I decided to add some color through our existing wall art. Lazy man’s decorating, if you will.
You may remember when I made our burlap and clothespin vintage art before. I used the same method this time {printing off pictures, glueing them to cardboard-old shoe boxes, and hanging them up}. Free and super easy.
Then I found some great fall printables on Pinterest and printed those off to replace my old scrapbook frames.
I also printed off the letters for my BOO sign and just placed those in the frame in front of my old scrapbook paper. I used a charcoal gray color and a fun font.
My last little fall addition to this wall was adding some paper leaves to my sweet birdie. I simply printed off two color boxes from Word:
And cut out little leaf shapes. I taped them up so they were sort of cascading, like leaves do in fall.
And there you have it. My lazy attempt at adding fall to my living room.
I plan on warming up my couch pillows and adding some color to the mantle as well. I’ll keep you posted when I get more motivation:)
