I definitely had this post ready to go last Friday and got so excited about my monogram pillows that I threw that post up and completely spaced my monthly wrap-up. Oops. Oh well, here’s what we did.
I started out with a master bedroom plan. I showed you my Pinterest inspiration here:
Then we shared some of our favorite pictures from our East Coast Road Trip
And tried to convince you even more that you need to go there by showing you some stylish and charming houses/details:
Then it was time to share the details of our master bedroom makeover:) I started with this sweet pillow:
Shared how we made our wood wall treatment here:
Gave the tutorial on our wall of curtains in this post:
And showed you more pictures than you would ever need to see of our bedroom in the big reveal:
Moving into the master bathroom, we detailed our charming hanging wall shelf:
And the builder-grade mirror update with a rustic frame:
Last, I popped over to show off some other homes. First up was our friend’s master bedroom. Mike helped them build this simple platform bed:
And then I shared how my in-laws transformed their manufactured home to a beautiful cabin in the woods:
That sums up the highlights:) As far as the budget goes, we spent around $70 on the bedroom walls and curtains and $14 in the bathroom for a grand total of $84 for the month. Not too shabby for the impact we got.
September will be filled with dining room updates. Can’t wait to share all our plans and changes as we go. I think it’s gonna be a beaut!
