Cookie Whoopie Pies

Ready for a delicious new dessert?

Drooling yet?

Here’s what you’ll need to make these yummies for yourself:

  • Cookies
  • Butter
  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Marshmallow Cream
  • Powdered Sugar

  • Make cookies.  You could also just used store bought to save time during this step but I used this recipe.
  • To make the filling, mix together 1/2 c of peanut butter, 1/2 c butter, 1/2 c marshmallow cream, 1 c powdered sugar.  Beat until it’s creamy, like this

Then it’s time to assemble your sandwiches.  Lay half of your cookies flat on a tray.

Spread the filling on top and then finish them off with another cookies.  Need one more reminder of how delicious these things look {and taste}?

Yeah, go get to baking!

Side note:  my loft is featured on Apartment Therapy today!  Yay!  Go see it here.
