Cookie Whoopie Pies

Ready for a delicious new dessert?
Drooling yet?
Here’s what you’ll need to make these yummies for yourself:
- Cookies
- Butter
- Creamy Peanut Butter
- Marshmallow Cream
- Powdered Sugar
Directions:
- Make cookies. You could also just used store bought to save time during this step but I used this recipe.
- To make the filling, mix together 1/2 c of peanut butter, 1/2 c butter, 1/2 c marshmallow cream, 1 c powdered sugar. Beat until it’s creamy, like this
Then it’s time to assemble your sandwiches. Lay half of your cookies flat on a tray.
Spread the filling on top and then finish them off with another cookies. Need one more reminder of how delicious these things look {and taste}?
