Loft Inspiration: Colors

It’s time to tackle the loft. Our poor second story is completely white. Everywhere. No decorations, no nothing. Our master is on the first floor so we live down there and are rarely upstairs but it’s time to make a change. I’ve been patiently waiting for the perfect inspiration and it finally hit. I saw this picture in Country Living a few weeks ago and fell in love {I’ll share the inspiration picture tomorrow with my big paint reveal…gotta keep you in suspense}. Once I started painting yesterday, a flood of ideas came pouring in and I’m in the middle of working it all out.

The color scheme I chose is navy with white and apple green accents. After deciding on the color scheme, I started searching around Pinterest for some more inspiration to share with you all so you can get excited about our project. Here are some of my fave navy/green rooms:

Ok, have I gotten you in the mood yet? I am working on a few finishing paint touches this afternoon and then I’ll be sharing what we have accomplished so far. I think you’re gonna love the dramatic change:)
