March Wrap-Up

It’s hard to believe March is already {almost} over!  It has flown by.  My spring break starts today so Mike and I are road-tripping it up to Chicago to load up some free furniture to keep me busy over the next week.  I am one excited girl.  Can’t wait to share all the new changes and additions.

Here is how I spent my moolah in March:

Board and Batten

The board and batten was our main project for the month.  The battens cost about $55 and we also bought a gallon of paint for $25 {however, we only used about 1/4 of it on this project} so this wiped out our budget.  I was able to sneak in a few extra projects with items already around this house like these:

Vanity Makeover-$5 on stain

Entry Mirror Update: Free

Pudge gate: Free

Pudge Bed:  $2.75

March total:  $87.75.  I did go over our budget but we borrowed from “entertainment” to even out and have plenty of paint left over to throw on some other projects.

I’m excited to get started on our April projects!  If you aren’t a Facebook follower yet, head on over and “Like” my page to see sneak peaks and updates all week!
